As the co-founder of KYORA, Triangga leads the firm’s EDRI practice (Employment Dispute Restructuring and Insolvency). All aspects of disputes: employment, restructuring and insolvency issues are his forte, assisting a wide variety of clients during their hard time when encountered by contentious matters in Indonesia.
Over a decade of working with associated international firms, Triangga is equipped with versatile skills to understand clients’ need and to steer the disputes in the right course. Clients appreciate his pro-active and commercial solution-based approaches in identifying and solving issues.
As a member of the Indonesian Bar Association, Triangga is also admitted as Indonesian Receiver and Administrator and is a member of the current regime of the Indonesian Receiver and Administrator association. He was invited as a speaker in various events, among others, Cross-Border Debt Restructuring and Insolvency in Indonesia at Indonesia 2017 In-House Legal Summit held by Asian Legal Business.
