Shidqi is our trainee associate who has a strong interest in dispute resolution practice among other restructuring and insolvency issues. Shidqi is also eager involved in various of projects including general corporate, real estate, mining, banking and finance practice groups. Prior to joining Kyora, Shidqi has experience working as a legal counsel in one of the fast-growing real estate company in Bali where Shidqi was assigned to handle 1200 Ha land acquisition to one of the biggest American film and television production and distribution company.

Shidqi has already taken the advocate profession special education program (PKPA) from the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI) and is in the process of taking the Indonesian Bar Association exam (UPA).

Representative experience:

• Assisting PT Waskita Beton Precast, Tbk under its PKPU status against syndicated bank creditors, bondholders, and vendors.
• Assisting end-to-end due diligence concerning the postponement of suspension of debt settlement for two of the biggest high-end real estate company in Indonesia.
• Assisting foreign companies (PT PMA) on its commercial disputes.
• Assisting one of the prominent venture capital company based in Hong Kong to conduct investments and transactions among Indonesian Banks and borrowers.
• Assisting major venture companies on their compliance on its business under the rule of Financial Service Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan).
• Assisting the arrangement of corporation in relation to an acquisition right-sizing project in mining sector of iron ore and sand quartz in Central Borneo and East Borneo.
• Assisting in the execution of corporate general meeting shareholders for a major financial institution in South East Asia.
• Assisting a corporate dispute for a syndicated credit agreement with two of the biggest Malaysian banking corporations and major Chinese Bank.
