She has been simultaneously working on establishment of foreign investment companies, contract drafting, regulatory advice, commercial agreements, investment schemes, and assisting on settling commercial disputes throughout her practice.

Representative experience:

• Handles various establishment of local and foreign investment companies and the incorporation of foreign representative offices in Indonesia, including providing legal advice on general corporate matters, capital structure and business models
• Providing legal advice and assistance on one of Indonesia’s leading digital health platforms, including drafting assignment of dividends agreement, loan agreement, share pledge agreement; reviewing cooperation agreements with potential business partners; advising on regulatory compliance in relation with their development into the clinical laboratory field; advising on ideal acquisition scheme for an insurance company
• Drafting and reviewing agreements for Indonesia’s leading tech company including non-disclosure agreements, system supply and installation framework agreements, statement of work, terms and conditions, and conducting internal data migration
• Drafting agreements and supporting a Singaporean design company on their business expansion in Indonesia
• Conducted parts of legal due diligence for portal web company, holding company and plantation company for investment transactions
• Drafting and negotiating contracts, including cross-border investment agreements, shareholders agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and conditional shares subscription agreements
• Support and attended civil court proceedings, including drafting lawsuit, responses, settlement proposal and attending mediation between conflicting parties
• Conducting legal research and process the findings into legal memos and advisory on general corporate and employment matters
• Advising regulatory compliance of work permits for foreign workers
