• Assisting a prominent state-owned enterprise In restructuring plans, to wit preparing and reviewing facility documents for legal due diligence purposes.
• Assisting In reviewing, negotiating, and drafting agreements as well as overall execution of pre-contract/pre-tender activities In tower-lease management division for a leading telecommunication company In Indonesia.
• Preparing and drafting loan facility agreements and security documents for foreign financing schemes, Including commencing legal due diligence for the collateral assets.
• Assisting in maintaining an administrative file in relation to submit the creditor’s claim to the administrators in the bankruptcy & suspension of obligation for payment of debts related cases.
• Support and attended civil court proceedings, Including supporting In alternative dispute settlement, among others Alternative Institutions for Dispute Resolution in the Financial Services Sector/LAPSSJK.
• Advising regulatory compliance of work permits for foreign workers.
• Assisting several local and foreign companies on employment matters.
