Dion is our associate who handles firm’s EDRI practice (Employment Dispute Restructuring and Insolvency). He specializes in dispute resolution practice in Indonesia includes employment, restructuring and insolvency issues.

Dion also handles various corporate transactions in Indonesia and has been involved in foreign direct investment and acquisition of Indonesian companies in financial technology, mining, plantation, real estate and other sectors.

As a member of the Indonesian Bar Association, Dion is also admitted as Indonesian Receiver and Administrator and is a member of the current regime of the Indonesian Receiver and Administrator association.
